In order to remain at the top of their game, the 10 most profitable hotels in the world have kept evolving over the years to satisfy the ever-changing needs and preferences of their guests. Today’s hotels offer a perfect blend of traditional facilities with a modern touch of technology. Many guests now prefer boutique hotels, which has compelled several larger hotel companies like Marriott, Hyatt and Hilton to modify their designs to much simpler forms, in order to please their clientele. Technology has also swept the hotel industry in a big way, with online booking becoming, mobile check-in and check-out, 24 hour Wi-Fi, and more being standard features.

The first one is Hyatt Hotels Corporation, United States. Trailing 12-Month Profit is $204 million. Ranking tenth on our list of the 10 most profitable hotels in the world is Hyatt Hotels Corporation, with reported 12-month profit of $204 million. It is a global hospitality company that owns and operates a portfolio of properties including full-service hotels, select service hotels, resorts, and vacation properties. The company owns eight brands, six out of which fall under the company’s full-service hotels and resorts. Hyatt’s segments include Americas; Southeast Asia, China, Australia, South Korea and Japan; and Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Southwest Asia.

The second one is Wynn Resorts, Ltd.  United States. Trailing 12-Month Profit is ~$242 million. Wynn Resorts, Limited (NASDAQ:WYNN) develops and operates destination casino resorts which also provide accommodations and other amenities. It owns Wynn Las Vegas and Encore in Las Vegas and Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace in Macau and China. Wynn Macau is the only resort having received eight Forbes Five-Star awards. Wynn Palace is a luxury resort inaugurated last year. The properties are outfitted with modern facilities, including meeting and convention space; recreation and leisure facilities, health clubs, spas, salons and pools.
