FIY, when I say ‘different’, I don’t mean freaky or illegal. I am referring to a bit unusual and unique jobs that require neither degree nor certificate, but people are just so not into it or don’t even know that these jobs exist. They are maybe too afraid that these jobs are not that well paid or frequent, but isn’t that actually better? For example, I have both degree and several certificates in four different fields. Don’t you think that I could find some office job that will pay me lot higher amounts of money than I am earning now? I could, but no one could pay me enough to spend my whole life tightened between 4 walls, having the same route for 30 years and losing the precious time I have now! This way, I could be at home to kiss my child before he goes to kindergarten and greet him when he comes back. While working, I can finish some house chores, go shopping, clean up the house, spend time with my child, hang out with friends, and still have a strength to chill out at night in front of my screen, watching some movie or a show. To be honest, I wouldn’t trade my life for anything. But my job isn’t the one I was going to talk about today. The three jobs that I wanted to discuss were truck driving, professional bridesmaid, and a pet therapy. Yes, you read it well.

And let’s start with the first one. Although it is not that uncommon job, many people are running away from it, but they don’t realize how big opportunity this is. Most of us see truckers as fat people with white shirts spending their whole days driving and collecting prostitutes on a highway. Ok, this is partially true, but not completely. Being a truck driver requires a lot of hard and long working hours, but it pays well and companies are hiring almost everyone with a truck driving license. This is the great opportunity for people to travel and earn some money on their way. Besides, you can learn a bunch of other useful things that can help you one day, especially if you are planning to start your own manufacturing job.

The other one is the professional bridesmaid, which, no matter how funny it sounds, can earn you $1,000 per a gig. Although this job is reserved for best friends and siblings, they are sometimes either incapable or the bride wants to spear them of all the misery they can go through during the wedding and just have fun. Have you ever watched ’27 dresses’? The movie about a woman who was 27 times the bridesmaid, but never the bride? Well, this will be you if you choose this as your career path. All of that, except stealing your sibling’s fiancé. Not cool and don’t you ever do that! You will just get the nicest outfits unless bride wants to outstand the bridesmaids and dress you in parachutes, but you will survive it, and just keep everything in order so the bride and groom can have their day to remember.

And last, but not least bizarre, the pet therapist. Do you remember ‘Caesar Milan- The Dog Whisperer’ show? Well, this could be you if you have patience, love, and know how to handle dogs. Just convince people that you understand their pets enough, and you got your job. No kidding!
