CECO Environmental said Monday it has appointed Dennis Sadlowski as its permanent CEO, effective immediately. He has been acting in the role of interim CEO since Jan. 24, and has been a member of the company’s board of directors since May 2016.
Sadlowski previously held a number of senior leadership roles including CEO of Siemens Energy and Automation, COO of LSG Sky Chefs, and CEO of International Battery, the company said in a press release. And he continues to serve on the board of directors and audit committee of Trojan Battery, a privately-held global leader in deep cycle lead-acid batteries.
