I think nobody will be surprised I say that everything is much cheaper in Panama than in the United States. Let’s see health care as an example. Health care in Panama is provided by both government and the private sector. Private insurance has a better quality and is a lot cheaper than in the United States. According to WHO, the country spends 8.0% of GDP on health, while the life expectancy is at 78 years on average. As for me, one of the most attractive aspect is wonderful beaches, and mountains. Alongside safety of course.

Now without a further ado let’s see what Insider Monkey has investigated for us. We have picked two places from their list.

The first city is Coronado. IM score is 8, rent cost is $1,425, meal cost is $10. The temperature is 84/89°F, the number of rainy days are 14/31, while the number of sunny days are 0/8. Coronado has a large community of retirees, but the city has begun attracting younger population as well. The modern infrastructure paired with astonishing beaches even made families with kids find their home here. The rise in the popularity raised the prices as well, so you should expect to have the larger cost of living here than in some other parts of the country. The second place to go is Panama City. IM score is 9, rent cost is $865, meal cost is $10. The temperature is 84/89°F, the number of rainy days are 16/31, while the number of sunny days are 0/15. If you want to make sure you don’t lack anything you would usually have in the United States, the capital of Panama is an obvious choice. Panama City is considered a global city and it sure looks like it. Modern architecture, a large community of expats and amazing tourist offer all account for the fact that Panama City is an attractive destination for anyone and a city you can feel comfortable in.
