10 Cities with Most Rainy Days in the World

If you like rain you will be happy with the list of the cities with most rainy days in the world. Insider Monkey’s article is arresting as usual. It’s been said that the weather exists so that people would have something to talk about. There are two types of people when it comes to rain: those who love it, and others who hate it. The first simply adore precipitation and say the sound of raindrops against the window pane is an instant stress relief, while the latter loathe the very idea of water drops falling down from the sky.

Now without a further ado let’s see what Insider Monkey has investigated for us. We have picked three cities with most rainy days in the world from their list.

The first one is Mangalore, India with 133 rainy days. Mangalore is the wettest city in India when it comes to the number of rainy days. It’s also one of the rainiest big cities in the world. Even though most people connect India with heat and sunny days, you’d better do some thorough research before you start your journey to this land. The second city on our short list should be Bergen, Norway with 240 rainy day. Is Bergen the wettest place on Earth? Hardly. People believe just because it has over 200 rainy days it must be very wet, but it’s only in the fourth place in this list of 10 cities with most rainy days in the world, and the precipitation is very low compared to the number of days. At last, but not least we are mentioning Hilo, Hawaii with 272 rainy days. Another surprise on our list of rainiest cities in the world. Hardly anyone would associate Hawaii with rainy days, but these are the facts. 272 days of rain every single year.
