The first in is Administrative Assistant, at Perkins Coie. The oldest working law firm on the West Coast provides 50% health insurance coverage for dependents and 80% for part time employees who work more than 19 hours per week. Since we are talking about a law firm, there aren’t too many jobs you can get if you don’t have a Bachelor degree. We have managed to find only one job offer. The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include the coordination of account activity, monitoring cash levels, helping clients and assisting in meeting preparations. Although a Bachelor and Associate degrees are viewed as a plus, you can apply for this position with a high school degree and five years of work experience in administrative support. The second job we recommend is Videographer Jr, Quality Specialist, Temporary Product Surveillance Specialist at Arthrex. Unlike Perkins Coie, Arthrex has several open job positions for people who don’t have college degrees. Although this company provides only 50% of health insurance coverage to dependents, the part-time employees are eligible for the full coverage that includes dental, vision, mental health, and prescription drug subsidies. We have found three open positions in this company. The third idea is Account Payable Analyst, Mobile Marketing Manager at Zappos. If you have dozens of pairs of shoes in your wardrobe, Zappos might be your ideal employer. This is one of the biggest online shoe retailers, and they are constantly looking for new talents. The company provides solid health insurance coverage for regular employees, which includes a 71% coverage for dependents. Unfortunately, the part-time employees don’t get any type of health care. Zappos mainly employs candidates with Bachelor and Master degrees. Still, we have managed to find several positions that accept talents with adequate work experience.
