There has been a sharp increase in sexual assaults in 2017, and no recent news of its resolving, or forming any special units. The second country on our short list should be Belgium. At last, but not least we are mentioning The USA. The USA is facing much more rape accusations than before, which may be a good thing if we see that as raising awareness and belief in the justice system.
