As for me I have always wanted to learn taking photos. When I shoot pics they are just the typical “tourist” photos, but the worse ones among them. Sometimes I manage to take a few better pics, but I really don’t know how. Now, with the help of these courses you can get some experiences how to take great photos even if you are a beginner. As a result you can put your photos on the wall, or give them as a present.

In order to create their list, Insider Monkey used ClassCurious‘ database as their source to determine what some of the best photography classes in New York City are. This site is always a great help if you want to search some excellent classes in any fields.

We have picked two courses from Insider Monkey’s list: Come and Meet Us. The average class size in the Come and Meet Us class is 9 people. At PhotoUno, the photographers are dedicated to helping students find their creative side and learn how to shoot better photos. The Come and Meet Us event is a great opportunity for staff to introduce you to the school and discuss their courses, seminars, events, and instructors. During the one-hour event, you are encouraged to ask questions. Before you show up, make sure you are registered. There are no make-up classes if you miss this one. The second class is Quick Start for VariCam. The Quick Start for VariCam class has an approximately 12 people in attendance. The teacher is Corey Christian, and he will teach you the fundamentals of prepping and operating a VariCam. This half-day class will guide you through features like focus, lens mounting options, firmware, and common shooting methods in the field. You will be more familiar with your camera after this class, as it will teach you all of the functions on your device.
