7 Easiest, Fastest Muscle to Build

Now without a further ado let’s see what Insider Monkey has investigated for us. We have picked three of the easiest, fastest muscle to build from their list.

The first one is Rectus Femoris (quadriceps).  We chose Rectus Femoris over Vastus Medialis because it’s much more visible and easier to build. That’s basically the muscle at the front part of your thigh, and the good old power leg extension may look boring, but it will help you increase the target muscle. The second muscle we have chosen for now is Vastus Literalis.  It is the largest of the quadriceps group. It’s on the side of your thigh. Bigger is always better, so you can definitely enlarge it with ease. Machines in the gym can be very helpful in the process. at last, but not least we should mention Latissimus Dorsi. Latissimus Dorsi has a pet name, of course: lat. Lat is one of the widest muscles in your body, and it’s at your back, spreading down your spine. Pull-ups, chin-ups, lat pulldowns, and swimming are groups of exercises that make it even more active. It responds best to a medium number of repetitions  because it has a mixture of fast and slow twitch muscles.
