But these reasons are not only those mentioned above, as we can see that there are teenage pregnancies in the developed countries as well. For instance according to a statistics since 2001 has shown that about 22% of US women had a child before they had their 20th birthday. This rate is 6% in France, 11% in Canada, 15% in UK.
