Clay and woodcarving are the main classes available here at American Woodcarving School. They also have watercolor painting and pyrography. Sculptor Micahel Denike founded the school in 1974. They also have weekend seminars if you can’t make it during the week. Instructors come from all over the world, including the U.S., Europe, and Canada and are renowned woodcarvers.
