The first one is San Diego, CA. A city with a high interested in plastic surgery and therefore, breast augmentation as well, is San Diego. In fact, residents of San Diego are more interested in having something done on them than people in Miami or San Francisco. The second city on our short list should be Austin, TX. Not only is Austin one of the cities that are most interested in plastic surgery, but it is also one of the places with a great number of plastic surgeons per capita. There are 2.78 plastic surgeons per 100,000 residents, which is slightly more than in San Francisco. At last, but not least we are mentioning Fresno, CA. The results of the study conducted by RealSelf show that there is not a significant difference between the first two places on the list.
